That is the problem Iza,

I have a wicked sense of humour at time's and it is hard to portray in written words - the emoticons (while ugly and ick) can help, but again some see them as 'sarcasm' (some are prolly right come to think of it)

It would be good if mod's modded in the country of posting - maybe our Ozzie humour would be appreciated (on occasion)

they don't...................... they have different keywords that they use to incite a dispute that looks off topic........

 That's hilarious I think some of the poses are used by me every hour or so reading some of the threads.  And I'm not trying to be interpersonal with a chimp or a mod

I can just picture them all sitting around like that, watching what we get up to and pointing and laughing at us on so many occasions.

most proffessional forum mods work from their own computers in their own homes, I am guessing our mods would be the same

But just imagine, Pepe, their weekly in-office get together.  They are comparing their "best of the week" entry for their awards ceremony.  Bit like Pimpy's photo challenge.  They should get to have some real fun, too.
