I had a biology teacher in High School who told our class in a lecture that only "perfect" people should mate and have children... that way, he said, inherited infirmities would become a thing of the past. I asked him, "Do you have children?", to which he replied, "Yes, I do!", "But", I said, "you wear glasses.", to which he had no reply.

Well that's the name they decided to not use.
Being the horrible monster I am I actually believe that there could be a benifit to the human race via eugenics.
People could be financially rewarded for not having children.
I see it alleviating poverty and creating a sustainable population
but they are finacially rewarded for not having children
they dont spend a fortune raising the little lovlies
more money to spend on ya greyhound and cat?
