A reminder of the debt that Australia has, while Labor can bury their heads and deny it exists the fact remains we have a huge problem with debt and sooner than later the chips will fall, no business, no state and no country can keep operating in the red, eventually those we own the money to will own us. Who will own us?
The state of Qld has debt of $80 billion dollars, Labor are saying they don’t think it’s that bad, Bill Shorten on Australia’s debt, there is no debt crisis, there is a crisis and we are in this situation because of Labor, no one else and the bottom line is Labor can’t fix this problem, their speciality is creating debt not fixing debt.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Yeah let's have Malcolm Turnbull for PM!!!! ....he is not trusted by his own party and stands in opposition on all their policies
YAY!!

Abbott in opposition was all mouth. Now he’s standing up the front and everyone can see he has no trousers.
A SPECTACULAR FAIL!!

I reckon what is happening to Abbott is so cool. It’s got karma written all over it. It’s magical. LOL.
We have just received this communication direct from the Palace:
”Greetings to our Australian colonies!
While my husband and I would, in some circumstances, be proud to accept a knighthood on behalf of the Greek side of our family, I DO feel it necessary to point out that one cannot be a Duke of the British Realm while at the same time accepting a knighthood which, of course, is several ranks below that of a Prince, Duke, Earl, Baron or even a (sniff) humble Marquis – from a country which is still rather a distant and young cousin of our most glorious empire.
Nonetheless, we feel it incumbent upon ourselves to reciprocate Mr Abbott’s (we are reliably informed that that is his name) proposal by bestowing a knighthood on the said Mr Abbott. I feel sure that the citizens of that good and faithful colony will join me in applauding this most appropriate award.
Arise, Sir Abbott!
*PpFFfffffttttt!.......

Where is that info from - Facebook? Have we really degeneratedhere into posting unconfirmed info copied of unamed facebook pages now?
When looking at number of jobs created, have also to take into account the number of jobs lost... so far the jobs lost is higher than those created under the Abbott Govt.
Unless a job created is full time & permanent there is not much point getting excited about it.
Major Budget proposals stalled in Senate - serious issue
What are these trillions of projects held up by Labor - not one detail given
Free trade agreements also include employers can employ overseas staff on 457 visas without having to search for local staff first.. no new job opportunities for Australians there.
Cutting small business tax in July by 1.5% - won't create many jobs as small businesses are just that, small, they don't employ many people.
Has your home electrictiy bill fallen by 10%|? Mine hasn't

ANOTHER LIE from a Nobody who makes things up.
Just throw it out there.
You'll believe anything.
No comment on that jobs story I posted yesterday, full time jobs created.
And get rid of the lie that if it is not full time and permanent then no point to it.
What are you doing to help Australia ?
Certainly adding to the debt problem.

What does "gotten" mean, Kate M?

Gee, that's a jumbled post, I hope you know what it all means.
Any story on jobs created, needs to be balanced with facts with jobs lost in the same period. Also whether the new jobs are full time permanent, or casual, pt, seasonal. Otherwise new jobs created articles mean zero in the big scheme of things.
Attack the topic, not the poster.

Under the Abbott Govt
ABS
The number of unemployed persons looking looking for full-time work increased 6,000 to 551,500
Tell those 1/2 m people, that creation of full time jobs isn't important. That they should get excited when a new job is created for 12 hours a week.
