Tony Abbott's Support Page

A reminder of the debt that Australia has, while Labor can bury their heads and deny it exists the fact remains we have a huge problem with debt and sooner than later the chips will fall, no business, no state and no country can keep operating in the red, eventually those we own the money to will own us. Who will own us?
The state of Qld has debt of $80 billion dollars, Labor are saying they don’t think it’s that bad, Bill Shorten on Australia’s debt, there is no debt crisis, there is a crisis and we are in this situation because of Labor, no one else and the bottom line is Labor can’t fix this problem, their speciality is creating debt not fixing debt.

What we are seeing here by a few is the leftist populism and the leftist hatred of all things conservative.

It's a shame they couldn't put away their hatreds for this one day and the 100 years commemoration of the event and stand up and thank  our men and women who lost their lives so that even they can reap the benefits of their sacrifice.

I'm ashamed of the hate and partisanship shown on here for Anzac Day.

Sadly this is the left.... they hate anything and everything about australia and our life style... a life style that people sacrificed their lives to defend..

on here its 7 days a week 365 days a year from the left and their brand of hate....

You are joking right?

You can't really believe that those who disagree with you hate Australia and our lifestyle.

Btw, WW1 was not fought to protect our lifestyle.

THE AUSTRALIAN

FEDERAL Health Minister Tony Abbott admits he may appear a "cruel, callow, callous, heartless **bleep**" over not having his daughters vaccinated with the anti-cervical cancer drug, Gardasil.

Mr Abbott was today asked if he would have his three daughters vaccinated with the breakthrough drug, which has been controversially left off the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).

"I won't be rushing out to get my daughters vaccinated, maybe that's because I'm a cruel, callow, callous, heartless **bleep** but, look, I won't be," Mr Abbott told Southern Cross Broadcasting today.

"If there is a national immunisation program, I certainly will be making sure that they get vaccinated (with Gardasil) under the program.

"The program is what the experts think clearly is absolutely necessary, and at the moment the experts don't think this is absolutely necessary."

Mr Abbott doesn't need to "have" his daughters vaccinated. Last I heard, they were grown up and in charge of their own lives fgs.

He and their mother should have had them vaccinated (as we were all advised) when they were not "grown up" and still under the protection of their parents, i.e. not "in charge of their own lives".

Gardasil hasn't been around all that long has it?

introduced in 2007?

In April 2007, Australia introduced the Gardasil vaccine to Australian girls aged 12-16 years. This was immediately followed by young women becoming ill with serious side effects. To date, Australia’s database of adverse event notifications (DAEN) has recorded over 1991 suspected side effects following the cervical cancer vaccination. In the U.S. the total number of adverse effects stands now at 30,000, with 138 deaths and 5977 girls and young women whose health never recovered. Due to the lack of mandatory reporting, only between 1 per cent and 10 per cent of adverse reactions are ever recorded, so unfortunately we are really looking at much higher figures.

So no. Unless it was absolutely necessary, I don't think they should have.

FEDERAL Health Minister (Tony Abbott) can't have found out, requested more  info?

The HPV Register supports the National HPV Vaccination Program funded by the Australian Government.

Legislation was passed by the Australian Government in 2007 to enable the HPV Register to receive data from all states and territories.

Who's to say he didn't? He probalbly knew all about the side-effects at the time hence his determination no to "have" his daughers vaccinated at the time.

Re: Tony Abbott's Support Page

I personally do not understand why a parent would not want to do everything to protect her/his daughters and sons from HPV, bad enough in itself, and possibly various Cancers.
