I heard Windsor calls him second choice Joyce, as NE was his second choice and he was the Nats second choice.

I don't understand why there has been no mention that Joyce doesn't live in his new choice of electorate.  I know that he grew up there, but hasn't there always been a howl when someone puts their hand up for somewhere a long way from where they live?
