what do you think of this contest ? how would you approach it if you were Windsor ? do you think a debate is a good forum from windsors position ? i do. in order to win the debate windsor merely has to get Joyce 'fired up' and let Joyce do the rest .:-x

Tony Windsor has impressed me as an intelligent,reasonable person;
Barnaby Joyce appears as a rabid zealot.
I personally know Tony Windsor and he is a likable person but it has been suggested he should never walk down the main St of Tamworth at night by himself, (I will leave the reason up to your imagination).

Is that sort of talk reported to police?

that's the sort of thing they resort to when they dont understand i guess. ignorance and violence go hand in hand. incitement of the challenged is a specialty..

I think little Tony Windsor had had enough media time to spread his bitter hatreds. The less we have to listen to his hate talk the better.
BJ doesn't have to give this little man the time of day, he's a dead man walking. He knows it along with every Conservative in the country.

Can you give me an example of "bitter hatred" espoused by Tony Windsor? I follow him on twitter and have only ever seen him be positive, fighting for his electorate. He has achieved excellent results for his electorate because he is brave enough to stand up for them, without letting petty party politics cloud his judgement.
Example, please 🙂

that is hilarious. BJ is well.. i remember conservative presenter V Trioli rolling her eyes at his unintelligible gibberish. partisanship can deliver some bizarre outcomes .

I too saw the disgraceful antics of the partisan Trioli on the ABC. Knew you'd applaud that type of thing. Just shows how biased the ABC is.

The people of Tamworth who matter have great respect for Tony Windsor, they know what he's done for their electorate.

Just one example, windrake?
I'd like to comment that Windsor could have played party politics and sided with Abbott, which would have gained nothing.
Was it Windsor who related the story of Abbott begging for his vote, saying "I'll do anything" lol? Without offering anything... Sounds like his current political platform :^O

From what I have heard from "locals" there are obviously not a lot of the people who matter.
I am quite sure the police are aware of the feeling of a lot of the community in Tamworth and surrounding areas, he is not as liked as he would like to think he is but saying that I personally do like him "as a person".
