Trinity doctrine is a LIE.

For those interested, I include a link to a United Church of God site which very clearly tells of the history of the adoption of the Trinity Belief. It states what I have believed all along - that the doctrine IS NOT BIBLICAL and that ..... well, you can read for yourself.

You need to debunk John 1:1.

To hear you guys talk, it's almost as if you believe  this bible stuff is reliable history. It isn't. It's theology, written for a purpose and is in no way to be taken as "gospel" 😉

You argue about the finer points of texts which are not the originals. The earliest extant texts of the New Testament date from more than 300 years after the events they purport to describe. There are no original texts. None.

You'd be better off arguing about how to live a good and moral life, and the social responsibilities which go along with that than to waste your time arguing about such  inconsequential niceties as you are doing right now.

How many angels can dance on the head of a pin? I don't care, because it doesn't matter.

Trinity doctrine is a LIE.

John 20: 30-31 . . . “Many other signs therefore Jesus also performed in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book; but these have been written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you may have life in His name.”

Written with a purpose in mind. written to deceive or to trick? maybe not, but certainly written with a purpose. . . that of convincing others to believe something which they might otherwise pass over and ignore.

Rather like the tricks used by advertisers or politicians.

Written by those who want a lever with which to control the people? It's a long lever, stretching as it does over 2,000 years.

I am not going to be able to answer you any more because I will end up losing my temper.Too many like you claim toknow it all.You walk in everyone's shoes. You KNOW what is truth and what is not.In effect that is your claim because you speak with such authority when you say it is nonsense.I will not be able to answer you again.BTW you want to ask "how many angels dance on a pin".You obviously fancy yourself as a philospher. If you would like to start a thread for a debate on Tarski's Theory of Truth orsimilar then I will debate you on that but I will not reply again on the Bible with you.

I KNEWyou were a Jehovahs witness .Nice one there adding the letter "A".

So tell me ,which of these so called experts understood the Scriptures well enough to KNOW that the Bible does not say Jesus was crucified on a Friday?I will tell you the answer.NOT ONE! Tell me ,which one of these so called Scholars knew the Bible well enough to state that the King at the time of Jesus birth was not Herod the Great? The answer?NONE.That is the calibre of your so called experts and not one of them not the hundreds of others that claim to know it all will debate this.Like you they run from the questions that expose them.

How many of these so called experts believe in the fantasy of the person called "THE ANTICHRIST??I would say most.

So do not try to show me how the great minds think. Most of these so called scholars are idiots who could not add 1+1.

2 Peter 3 [16] As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

I'm not going to argue with you lot but take note of the above.

There is little gained in taking one little section of scripture to disprove an overall truth which has many obvious references to the truth trying to be disproved.

Take scripture as a whole and ask for the Spirits help to understand it.

And as He is God, He is able to help.

Cheers
