Has anyone had any problems with getting damaged Tupperware items replaced?
Seems it now incurs a postage charge. That wasn't the agreement when the tupperware was purchased, so what are the ramifications?

Same as your comment. I find that unnecessary and also rude.

I must be the only one getting caught out, I don't always check the dates on the threads, just the comments.
It's a pity threads over 12 months old aren't just locked or something.
I imagine most original posters have moved on from their old threads, but sometimes the core issues are still either not resolved or annoying enough to still be cause for complaint. Tupperware's change of policy is one of them, the GSP is another, and let's not forget the everlasting debate re who gets eBay's preferential treatment....buyers or sellers.

My favourite ongoing gripe on the Tupperware OZ/NZ FB page is the complaints about something called a Sandwich Keeper. Apparently it was a promotional item and they split or the closing tab breaks off.
In accordance with Tupperware's policy customers have received the current closest replacement - a divided compartment lunch box that sandwiches won't fit in. LOL
