WORDLE - anyone else trying the daily online word game?

I recently stumbled across WORDLE online.  For the uninitiated, it is a daily word guessing game where you have to try to guess the word in 6 or less tries.

This, from Wikipedia, explains the game:

Every day, a five-letter word is chosen which players aim to guess within six tries. After every guess, each letter is marked as either green, yellow or gray: green indicates that letter is correct and in the correct position, yellow means it is in the answer but not in the right position, while gray indicates it is not in the answer at all. The game has a "hard mode" option, which requires players to include letters marked as green and yellow in subsequent guesses. The daily word is the same for everyone. The game also has a dark mode as well as a high-contrast theme for colourblind accessibility, which changes the color scheme from green and yellow to orange and blue.

I have found that most that most days I can get the daily word in 5 tries or less (mostly 5 though).  Interestingly, there is a spinoff of WORDLE called LEWDLE, where the words are lewd, or naughty, words.  I have better success with LEWDLE than I do with WORDLE . . . getting the word in just 2 or 3 attempts.  Not sure what that says about my private school education 🤣

This amused me because I looked at #6 and thought-torch. And I thought, good, that will get the R into play, which is always very handy. I was disappointed to see I got it wrong, then noticed that hey, it solved #8 instead.

After my first turn, I felt it was 50/50 between a couple of words so I decided to just go for it. The answer was the one I thought slightly more likely. But really, who knows! Just got lucky if the truth be known.

Talk about a lucky break!
After my second turn, I thought STU-- would be the likely pattern and immediately I thought-stump.
What else could it be? For a moment, nothing else came to mind till i thought-oh, stuck?
But I thought it was 50/50 so went with my favourite.

It was only later I thought, hang on a second, maybe stuff, or study?
Had I thought of them earlier, I would have used an eliminator (fumed maybe?) on my 3rd turn.

This is about as good as I could manage today.

3rd turn was a risk, could have been patio.
Straight away though my eyes went to #4. Shades of wordle! I thought-not going to be caught this time, I now know it could be 4 or more things and stump isn't likely this time around, surely. I'll wait.
As you can see, I used another eliminator (comfy) further down. 
Then I made a mistake on #6.  Such is life!
