What do you think? Was everything he did or said moral/ethical and a reflection of a perfect person?
What would a perfect person entail?
If he really was human, then was he born in sin like everyone else?

Yes. In the book of Revelation, salvation, rewards, judgement, etc., are all based on works, not faith. Again, let each writer speak for himself. In fact, Revelation was likely written by a highly aesthetic Jewish Christian. His 144,000 "virgins" is a good indication of that. Far be it for them to be married!

"Refresh my memory. What did you say about the pope writing to his cardinals?"
look up a few posts. You obviously didn't read it.
" They new next to nothing, except for what Paul himself told them."
You are assuming again. How can anyone KNOW what Paul or any of the others taught the new congregations. They may have had stacks of scrolls in their libraries. Paul and others may have written hundreds of letters that have not been preserved. It is OBVIOUS to me that had Paul thought it necessary to rehash all the other stuff, he would have done so. He constantly refers to 'stick to what you have been taught' and 'add nothing to what you have been taught'.

I hear ya Bob, and I promise this is my last post for the night.

They may have had stacks of scrolls, but not about Jesus. The Jesus story was too new to have been recorded in scrolls. Nope. The new Christians from Paul's ministry were almost completely ignorant, as was Paul himself, apparently.
Paul writing hundreds of letters is just ridiculous. If he did, we would have those letters, or at least we would have references to them by later Christian authors. But we don't. Paul didn't write any other letters, and many of the so-called letters of Paul (like Colossians, Ephesians, and the pastoral epistles were not written by Paul at all.
