Chicken leek mushroom and tarragon pies but without the pie.  It is the filling for a pie but I'm doing it as a casserole with rice.

Miss 16yo is cooking Chicken Schnitzel, Peas, Carrots, Corn and Chips and Gravy.

Last night I did a massive roast for 8 people and also cooked spag bog and apricot chicken for the freezer. Tomorrow's dinner is Lamb Shanks.
