Sorry this is so big, but its the only way to see it properly. While setting up the shots before I came across this bit of perfectly preserved conffetti inside some of the lacey back bit of my mums dress. Its been there 51 years. Perfectly round yellow piece with a small bit on top of it ♥

This is my first counted cross stitch, sewn when I was pregnant with my first baby. I think it took me the whole 10 months.
With any luck, one day it can go on his child's bedroom wall.

This is way back when I first started posting on here.
Check out the bomb of a computer I had............and Silly Tilly and Lucy.............the cats used to sleep on the top of the monitor and if I was really lucky she would hang over the front and dribble down the screen.............sadly both Lucy and Silly Tilly have gone now.
Notice I had to put a note on the screen to remember not to post with my buying ID.

Thanks Nics. It was my first one since primary school 😄 I have only ever done one since as I have lost the patience for it.

That is so sad. Good to have the photos of the family on the steps, etc.

So Joono, "the whole 10 months". Does that mean you just refused to give birth till the embroidery was finished?
