I love my huge yard and garden but at times it gets neglected. This is one of those times

This was one of my favourite gardens, it's the shell garden from my home town and I spent alot of time exploring it as a child. I really wanted to buy it at one stage but was not in a position to do so. It has now been bulldozed and it still brings a tear to my eye that this has happened.

The photo is one I took during my last visit there when it was overgrown and somewhat rundown, I took some old photos with me and the one shown is of my son that was taken the last weekend it was ever open to the public.

I do have a few relics around here from there and the little house in my last photo is one of them.
