Ok so Ive been wearing shorts and singlets since November - every single day
On Saturday I actually had to put real clothes on and relaised Im fat >.<
I had no idea! I havent weighed myself in years but Im not usually fat LOL
Bein fat aint an option so Im gonna shift it - anyone wanna join?
My goal is 10 kilos in 13 weeks and I start today, I wanna check in here each Monday and tell the truth how I gone if anyone wanna do this with me?
Share tips? My plan is to walk it off, every night walk it off.
Today Monday March 24th 2014 I weigh 83 kgs and I aint gonna see that number again ๐

My dr. told me to weigh once a week, because every day your body fluctuates, it can be up one day and down the next, even if you weigh at the same time every day.
That is why it is suggested by drs and alot of dietitions that you weigh yourself just once a week at the same time wearing the same clothes.

Yep - that's what my Dr told me purple.
I have the tendency to retain water BIG time. so weighing myself first thing in the morning and nekkid is the way I do it....
And I find that doing it only once every fortnight I don't get discouraged and give up.
Some people here are doing sooooooo well!!

apparently my guilt now has me weighing 75.6. The good news is I have finished off the bucket of m&m's.

oh dear pimpy...M+M's oin da house.......not good..
She ele i have lost another 2 kilos since i left the house, so im on the right track...not easy though...i still have ' norty; foods in my house cause i still have a teenager at home. Just putting up a few motovational sayings around the place helps.

Nah didnt wiegh myself, had shocking week - we've had a death, NOT an excuse but a reason - done no exercise AT ALL
will let you know next Monday - slap bang on easter LOL
