Drinking water is most important, it helps with the weight loss.

84.2 I've lost a kilo. don't ask me How, I didn't think I'd been particularly good, but the wiehgtloss gods must be smiling on me.
Lobs, 700gr is GOOD. Unless you are seriously obese - which you clearly are not - slow and steady is much better in the long run than sudden dramatic drops. If you lose too much too quickly, your body goes into preservtion mode and doesn't burn up as many calories.
And well done, Freddie.

I'm not bothering with scales because my shrink weighs me every 6 months. The meds I take stack on the weight and make it next to impossible for me to lose weight so I will be focusing on fitness instead. I used to go out walking a for hours and hours and spent a lot of time in the garden but that all changed when I broke both of my ankles. I now have moderately severe osteo arthritis in one of them. I dusted off the old exercise bike and cycled for 3.7km today. My aim is to slowly build it up until I can comfortably do 10km a day.
For brekky I have a banana or a banana smoothie made with Jalna yoghurt, milk, banana and alspice. Once the colder weather starts, I'll be having porridge.

My lunch treat today was 2 Cruskits with cottage cheese and sun dried tommies Yummy. Dinner tonight is stir fried vegies with a dash of ketjap manis. Breakfast was a chocolate optifast shake. I have 1/2 litre of water to finish for the day.
