They have had a full or partial masectomy 

A deformity 

A serious injury

Chronic illness / pain / breathing difficulties 

Their own personal choice ? 

Why does it matter one single iota ? 

Or is this just another way of you spewing the old if a woman dresses a certain way she's 'asking for it stance ?

Having taken the trouble to Google - the smallest bra size.

I reckon Bob comes up with an 8AAA.

Their choice.

These days bras are optional, or even wearing a bra seems to be in the minority judging by the celebrity pictures we see.

No judgement from me - although I do prefer people to be clothed in public 😄
