What do you call the 1.5m tall woven basket towers made out of water hyacinth?

In the cheap bargain type store they had these tower type things. They were the same material as baskets are made out of. I don't know what the specific purpose for them is but what are they called?

They were made out of some plant called a water hyacinth.
