You've got to wonder what goes through the minds of some women when they choose their outfits...

What was Erica Packer thinking when she wore this outfit to a recent Vogue celebration? Perhaps it looks worse because she is standing next to the always elegant Sarah Murdoch but, yikes, she is showing us a good example of how money can't buy style.

I saw another shot of her in that dress online this morning had to look twice at it. Looks like a person dressed in their swimmers, wrapped in a net curtain.

Is it a sign of her advertising  her 'new single' status?

Yes I wondered if it was a  "look at me, I am now single and still look hot" kind of statement.

How sad if that is the case.

I loved it when I saw it on the Nov Vogue cover.   I guess it makes sense that she would wear it to the Nov issue celebration.   I agree, it doesn't look as good as on the cover, but I still like it.

And whilst I 'get' that the dress was the same she had worn for a Vogue cover and this was a Vogue party, you would still think she had enough common sense to say "Erm, no thanks" to whoever suggested she wear it out in public.

I feel sorry for her.

I agree with Meep, it looks very nice on the cover, maybe because the picture is side on?? It doesnt look too bad in the photo of her stepping onto the boat either.

The worst photo by far, for me, was the one under the pregnant lady, with the bare feet. Terrible.

Would look better with a dark under skirt, looks like some one forgot their petticoat 🙂
