What if it turns out Hell is better and more fun than Heaven?

In hell, you're not forced to love this particular God and praise and bow down to her and suck up to her for all eternity? And you won't be sent back to Earth  to be tortured and killed to forgive her mistakes?

You'll be in the company of Rodney Dangerfield, John Lennon, Mother Teresa, Raefael Nadal, Angelina Jolie, Mark Twain, Brad PItt etc drinking and eating anything you like and partying like it's 1999.

Would you want to go to hell?

1) How do you know we're not already there?

2) How do you know that one's occupancy of Hell is static?

3) Most religions believe that those that do not follow their religion are condemned to Hell - that only the followers of that religion/belief system will be rewarded by life in Heaven. However, as there is more than one religion/belief system, and most people probably only belong to/follow one religion, doesn't it stand to reason that we are all either going to or are already in Hell?

But in answer to your question - yes, I probably would want to go to Hell if it is indeed static- I'm figuring that there will be more jobs for lawyers and accountants down there than in Heaven.

Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.

In hell, you're not forced to love this particular God (No-one is forced to love God, we are loved regardless) and praise and bow down to her and suck up to her for all eternity (He doesn't call us to suck up to Him, He already thinks we are perfect) ? And you won't be sent back to Earth  to be tortured and killed to forgive her mistakes (Where in the Bible does it say that anyone will be tortured and killed and sent back to Earth. At the End Of Days there will be no Earth)?

Would you want to go to hell? (Hell isn't a place, it is an existance without God. So if you don't believe in Him, what difference does it make to you or anyone else who doesn't believe ?)

To answer your question, No I would never want to live without the Grace of God. It says in the New Testament that we don't have to do anything to be loved by God. He loves us regardless. He just calls us to love one another as He has loved us. Simple really.

So how come God's love is not equal? Fair enough, banish the sinners - but what sins has a newborn baby committed? Why recall them before their lives have barely begun?

And why grant some people with certain dreams and ambitions but then deny them the ability to pursue them, whilst others are granted these abilities but don't follow through/utilize them or even be given the means to discover them so that they can realize their true potential?

Quite a bit of contradiction in what you said. When you say you would never want to live without the Grace of God, what exactly does that mean? Do you mean, you want someone to judge you and always looking over your shoulder for eternity?

So does God love us all, or only love us if?

You seem to know what God wants? how do you know? apparently the rest of us don't have that information.

Catholicism and God aren't necessarily synonymous...

As to the other questions...I don't have all the answers. All I know is my personal experience and encounters. What I do believe is that God doesn't banish anyone. He welcomes everyone. It is our personal choice as to whether we welcome Him.

My belief about babies and innocents, there are many things that results in people dying, not all accidents but sometimes repercussions of others' choices, knowingly or unknowingly. But I do believe that God knows everything about us, even before we do. He knows every hair on our head and every thought. I don't for a second believe that He would allow an innocent child to spend eternity without Him.

As I said, I don't have all the answers. I just know my heart and my experience. I don't follow religion, I follow Christ and His teachings in the Gospels. They all make sense to me.

Agree with Trish. You do not have to make yourself believe. You just do. Faith is a gift. I do not follow religion (meaning "to bind") at all. I am at peace 🙂
