What is this?

I took this photo as I was talking some pictures in my garden and this thing just landed on the stake!  I only snapped one photo and it was gone, wasp and all.  But what is  it?

Well done Kopes, I would never haved guessed it. I don't blame you for wondering what it was Nova.. It looks weird. At first glance I thought it was a spider/moth mutant.
