People post news clips as fact but others disagree depending on who owns the paper
People quote TV and the "facts" are argued because media is bias
People post you tube videos and people argue its not fact
So, what does make a fact, a fact? How does it go from an opinion to an absolute fact?

So. You need any more throwaway lines?
Obviously you can tailor them to your own agenda.

So, getting back to the point. is it fact that the man that annoyed the elephant is stupid, or opinion? Or could it be that it is both fact and opinion that he is stupid?

Your grinning says a lot to those who read. Means nothing to me, btw.

Could you prove the man annoyed the elephant? Have photo's of him annoying the elephant?
Depends on exactly what he did to annoy the elephant as to whether him being stupid could be a fact? Have to be able to prove he was stupid? How?

You know, I have to ask, what do you want from posting here? Posters who always agree with you? Posters who make you think? Posters who vote the same way you do?
Seems to me that a lot of posters here only want to read what they agree with. Or posters they like, subject irrelevant.
Comes back to, what is the point?

What makes a fact a fact? The topic (point) of this thread. A good thread, for the replies responding to that question.
