Which one already?
The Molly in the video with the whatever the heck it is called hat, beret, lol, (where's cartoons when ya need him, lol), or the guy singing in the video or the guy in the Akubra hat or George Clooney, or Crocodile Dundee?
And then there's another cutie. But he's not known for his hats, it's some other green attire. lol

Last argument from me. The jury will decide this one.
If he wears stetsons, why does he keep autographing
Akubras as his own hat for charity auctions?
And he does it often
Would he really compromise his celebrity integrity like that?
I believe when they say 'stetson', they really mean 'stetson style'

If it's a bootleg, then it's certainly not a Stetson.
.....lol........I think your signed Akubra was evidence enough......
No - there'd be a cultural bias to present it as such, and curatorial/descriptive errors are widespread.
But the real confusion arises from the wearer's understandable coyness.
He wore a custom Stetson (made by someone presumably familiar with the Akubra), but didn't go out of his way to say this.
Easy to misunderstand or misinterpret, but the guy wore a Stetson.

Hey, so he likes to save a buck and get his Stetsons made in Australia.

Again, an Aussie celeb being marketed to an Aussie audience.
Does HE - the original wearer - say it's an Akubra?
His coyness creates issues, as does the desire to maximize market return in this example.
It's a custom-made Stetson.
This is a bench-rendered verdict, btw. (Sorry.)

And he started his look, his trademark look with his Stetson, he's not about to change that.
Kinda like this place, it is an Australian chat board but it is American, Ebay is an American company.
You can take the chatboard out of America but you can't take the America out of Ebay. lol
