Too many.  I love Red Emperor, Imperial sweetlips or something like that, one with yellow something  in it's name, I think all of those are probably Emperor, snapper, and definitely trout.  Yum.

All dusted in flour only and pan fried.

Salmon wrapped in foil sprinkled with French onion soup, baked until just cooked through OR Ling which is not as easy to buy. Very thick chunky fish and very moist, cooked pan seared with rock salt, black pepper and fresh lemon juice.
