What would it take to stop you getting on a leaky boat?

To me the fear of drowning might stop me, you would have to be extremely desperate wouldn't you?

You just wont have it, will you?  Its there in black and white and you keep making excuses.  40% working very good?  You have got to be kidding. What would you say if the general unemployment rate was 60%, would that be very good too?

You might want to have a closer look at Table 9 on page 27 that classifies only 11.7% were unemployed in the Humanitarian Refugee category (8.1% in th Family category and 4.8% in the skilled category.)

The rest are either employed OR taking care of families, studying, volunteering or setting up business.

I thik that's not bad for a bunch of people who arrive with no language skills, little education and no vocational skills.

Common sense would do it 🙂

I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

We go in circles because both sides of this debate think they are right. Nor is it not hard to figure out -   the money is coming from their family members already here that our government kindly gives them for nothing...  although  its nowhere near $1k a week or all the other perks aforementioned.

That's rather inventive of you.

The people I've read about used their own money and got extra money from the rellos and friends they were leaving behind.
