The New York City Police Department said a man driving a Range Rover with his wife and 2-year-old daughter inside Sunday struck a motorcyclist on Manhattan's West Side Highway, breaking his leg.
The SUV driver pulled over, and the bikers surrounded his vehicle, hitting it and spiking the tires, police said. The driver pulled away, hitting three more bikers in the process, police said.
Should the driver in the SUV be charged?
What do you think of bikers?
What would you have done if you were the driver in the SUV?

It was on youtube, I can't find it
2 guys try to rob a convienience store in US. THe store owner acted in self defence and ended killing one of the robbers.
The law works that the other robber was charged with murder instead of the store owner.
So applying the same rule. THen the bikers who instigated the whole thing and provoked should also be charge for the injuries caused to the coma guy and the broken leg guy.
is that because of the firecracker case? Scott v Shepherd
It was held in that case that the defendant's act had initiated an unbroken series of events in which each person acted out necessity for their own safety. The contact with the plaintiff was therefore the direct result of the defendant's conduct and an action in Trespass arose.

you do realise tha anti association laws will apply to EVERYONE not just outlaw bike gangs right?
the bike clubs and outlaw gangs are the scapegoats being used to scare the general public into supporting these laws.
