When you get menopause

do your feet get hot too? or just your face?

Feet are so cold today that I reckon hot flashes in my feet sounds like a good thing.

My flushes last 1 minute to five minutes, but seems like 1/2 hour

It's when you get them for maybe 2 minutes,   but they keep on

coming every 15 minutes.  Then they're a killer

I hope I'm past that now and only get them maybe 5 times a day/night now

so does it feel like you have a fever all over your body kind of thing? Like you're burning up?

Does it make you dizzy like when you get overheated normally?

are you supposed to drink extra water to counteract it?

my MIL still had them at 83 when she carked it  passed

I've heard women say everything from 2 to 10 years. My Aunt still gets them and she's 17 years older than me!

meh - was just a silly thought today because my feet were so cold - rest of me was ok - but feet are cold as!
