Where do you go to keep cool

When the weather is very hot where do you go to keep cool.

Around here there are people who go to the major shopping centres or the clubs and stay there most of the day.

I have just been to the hospital with and elderly neighbour who had had a fall.  I was surprised at the number of people in the waiting room at causality.  One of the nurse said that some of these people sit there all day to keep cool.

Open the door to get a sea breeze in. Sit near a fan inside.

It hasn't got that hot here yet, so may just melt when it does.

My younger brother lives in a suburb of Melbourne and he sent me a pic yesterday of a tin of castlemaine rock and it had melted!

I stay at home to keep cool I've got air con or I go around to my parents house they have air con, but they have solar panels and are in credit with the power company so thier power is bascially free.

I really think that air conditioning should be made a neccessity in rental homes in Victoria.
