 It's the taste. Each company has their own signature.  Like King Island

 cheese is totally different to South Cape, yet both are owned by Lion.

Clever. Get the profits from people that over indulge in chocolate and icecream, then hit them again when they try and lose weight.

Nestle, which counts Kit Kat, Allen’s lollies and Movenpick ice cream among its portfolio also owns weight loss brand Optifast and, up until a few months ago, Jenny Craig.
