I am bad at faces polks. I can guess the photo was taken in England in the 50's, so I'll take a stab and say it's John Lennon

I think that is part of a school photo of Adolf, with Wittgenstein in the front.

The young Hitler felt that Wittgenstein was aloof and arrogant, and looked down on him.

He was a Jewish Mathematician and philosopher. Quite famously anti-war.
