Particularly when every Labor governement in living history has amounted such huge debts whilst in office?
Or is it just that they blindly follow the old mantra, that 'Labor is for the working man?'
Now don't get me wrong - I don't particularly like Abbott, and I sure as h3ll didn't like Rudd or Gillard, but there's so much more to a political party than it's leader.
Feel free to discuss...

That chart seems to only show results for the Northern Territory.

Labor buys votes with hand outs and welfare. Morality has nothing to do with it
They do have better morals then the other lot. I'm so sick of people assume people who recieve welfare are slackers who want hand outs. Most people who recieve benifits are not on it because they do not want. to work Like a friend who got pregnant and then the guy cleared out the bank account and took off. Going by some of the sexist comments on here she will be solely blamed and HE get off scott free. Because some so called men think femisim is pathic and then turn around and do that, that is why we need the welfare system. If the dhead hadn't cleared her out she would be ok. By the way don't recieve any myself.

So is that chart for the whole of Australia or does it only apply to Northern Territory students?

Those on welfare pay no tax whatsoever
So please explain to me just how the poor are being bled
Are you serious . It does not pay ALL the taxes. Are you top end of town and have no idea about reality of some peoples life. If you reply your not then are you saying you are someone who gets these rates. Which one? You seem very spiteful and uncaring person, a stuff you I'm ok sort of person.

The other fact overlooked is that the people who draw on family payments etc when their children are young have been paying more before that time and will continue to pay more after that time. Also, there are the pensioners who paid taxes all their lives, got only a small amount of family endowment and were told they could have the pension when they retired because superannuation, for most, was not availble as an option during most of their working lives. So while they are not nett contributers for a time most people do pay an overall fair share during their working life.

Even if you did get a inkling your instinct would not accept it.

J the study was undertaken in the NT. and they claim to have the best facilities in the entire country. so with even the best facilities and trowing $200,000,000 at the system the results went south. are you saying the the NT results are not indicative of the rest of the country?
If so show otherwise.
