Why block Indian flights instead of USA flights ?

My understanding is that the vaccine is not an antidote , it takes so many weeks to start working and then not maximum rated effectiveness until after the second dose + weeks - but i suppose if financially assisted they could self-quarantine 

What could also be done is a lab test for covid antibodies which would mean existing immunity and so qualify for a golden pass to return - some could have suffered a bout of covid and survived without realising due to ambient physical stresses or  intrinsic radiant health

Now going to cost Sydney town 1 billion $ to deal with a delta variant outbreak 

via a " limo driver" .  Using a limousine for quarantine transport ? Well for a few pennies more why not go first class ?

And no idea who passed it on to that person - foreign aircrew most likely - maybe departed from delta central... and even after all the overseas sourced warnings .... 

and the question of routine testing or any testing at all ?
