"Lithium affects the flow of sodium through nerve and muscle cells in the body. Sodium affects excitation or mania.
Lithium is used to treat the manic episodes of manic depression. Manic symptoms include hyperactivity, rushed speech, poor judgment, reduced need for sleep, aggression, and anger. It also helps to prevent or lessen the intensity of manic episodes.
Lithium may also be used for other purposes not listed."
So why are they named after a drug? Or a battery?

actually Hawk, according to a representative of Lithium, they only supply the software that operates the forums at the direction of eBay. I was told that they also supply software to companies such as Telstra and Optus. He rattled off a few other names to me, but I kinda glazed over. I was just trying to get across the problems being experienced by us, I wasn't particularly interested in their resume.
I wasn't getting any joy after 35 days, so I found a phone number for Lithium and rang it. Problems fixed within 4 hours.

Oh thank you for the info.
I was kinda wondering if they needed to be on Lithium in order to work there or something high stress levels etc.

I think that is more likely the correct reason witches LOL

Well, all but one of the carrier pidgeons were on annual leave and it was too windy for smoke signals.
Just a heads up, it's best to inform the other party if you do ever send a carrier pidgeon so that they know to open their window!
Poor Betty. *sob*
