Why do the lefties want more boats and open borders

The leftties are obsessed with boats and they  want Australia to be an open border that is over run with boats and ILLEGAL imigrants it seems as seen on here on a  daily basis from the left and far left leaning people. 

WHY is that...

Why do the left want more and more of these people invading our country? 

Why do the lefties want more and more boats coming?

Why do the left want more people drowing at sea?

Seems rather odd to me that the left have so little regard for our borders and laws and want open flood gates on boat people invading our country.

I would only consider persons who have applied via http://www.immi.gov.au/Services/Pages/online-services.aspx

Any other person from overseas should be sent to a detention centre then sent back.

None of the regular posters from the left side are answering this... I agree but asylum seekers are ok aren't they? Provided they are none of those things?

So if we allow ALL illegal boat immigrants to come to Australia unimpeded,  forever or as long as they can get here, then we process them all (could be in the hundreds of thousands could be in the millions), then if they are found to be not genuine we then pay to send them back home, all the while having the responsibility of food & shelter & medical for them.

Then in the meantime we are charged with building more detention centres, having to feed & shelter all these hundreds of thousands maybe millions of people, supply health care & dental, supply computers & phones and everything they might need.

The refugee advocate and the legal industry would burgeon to massive proportions & our legal system would collapse & have to be completely overhauled & expanded to deal with the hundreds of thousands of people we will allow into our country without any limit. The illegal immigrant industry would then become the major employer in this country to service a massive industry.

All this time this industry is solely a service industry which garners no benefit, generates no income for the country.

The hundreds of thousands of unskilled non English speaking immigrants accepted would then have to go on benefits until they could learn enough English to allow them to participate in the workforce.

The others that cannot learn or get gainful employment would then become a permanent underclass filled with resentment & anger.

In the meantime the working Australians will have to shoulder all this extra burden, our health & education & infrastructure would be compromised to the extent that our country could sink under massive debt & deficit.

Australia, the lucky country would be no more.

This is the scenario that SH Young and many others are advocating.
