stupidest question ever - your home is your private sanctuary that nobody has reasonable expectation to be admitted to without invitation.

A business on the other hand is open to the general public and owners usually don't  exclude anyone without cause, and if the cause is their sexual orientation then that is discrimmination.

Quite right too.  The State should issue store owners with a sticker they can put on their shop window "Hommasekshuls not served here" or better still give the store owners a nice pointy white hat to wear so they can be easily identified.

I am choosey about who I let into my private sanctuary.

I allow family and friends, race, creed, sexual orientation is irrelevant.

I don't alow strangers in, again race, creed, sexual orientation is irrelevant.
