Lower socio economic classes and low education seem to be on the rise. Tattooed females, drugs, unmarried mothers  having children by multiple fathers and no work ethic. A mentality of entitlement and no manners.

Society is struggling with the rise of the middle eastern drug wars, street shootings and no shame. Maori thugs and bodyguards, radicalised teens, shall I go on? sexting and selfies.

Nuture is copied by the young and it goes on and on. Decorum and manners went out the window a long time ago.

If you mean young women being involved in bashings etc, I think a fair bit of it has to do with drink and drugs.

It used to be mainly a male sort of thing but we've moved into the age of equality.
