This thread reminds me of a story from an ambulance paramedic I heard a few years ago.
They got 2 calls from homes in the same suburb in a twenty min period, both for men who had damaged fingers on lawnmowers.... turned out man 2 had been driving home when he spotted man 1 Trimming his hedge by holding up the lawnmower at the bottom part not the handle, he thought what a great idea so went home And did it himself and that was how you got 2 fools needing an ambulance each .
Looking at the photos here seems men like to live dangerously....
