I have been trying to find information on how people recover from Corvid-19 - i mean at a biological process level
Seems a search engine fixation on how to catch the disease , how many die , what to do to reduce infection but nothing on how the body defeats the SARS-CoV-2 virus
Anyone out there had any luck in finding any information ?

Raises it's temperature to burn the virus off, causes a cough to expel it.No No No , according to the experts on Fox you drink lottsa water, that way you wash the viriu into your stomach where your stomach acids destroy the virus... Also you need tempertures of 50 deg Centigrade to destroy the virus
LOL Drinking lots of fluids is generic advice for having any virus like flu. Just as is washing hands etc. It won't hurt and makes people feeling they are in control, and might somewhat reduce the chance of getting infected. How heavy virus load you are exposed to seems to determine the severity of the COVI19 illness, according to my friend who is a doctor in the USA. The best bet is to stay home.
The advice all along.
Simples - then the problem of masks - sanitising - gone - what's wrong with you.

It's not a matter of washing the virus out of your lungs.
Drinking water flushes the virus down the oesophagus and into the stomach, where it's destroyed by gastric acids.
If there's not enough water, the virus can travel down the trachea into the lungs, where it becomes very dangerous.
Or if you breathe it it can travel into your lungs. I haven't heard breathing water as a prophylactic. The more usual term is drowning.

This report responds to the water claims. As with many untested assertions about coronavirus, it is too early to tell what actually helps and what does not. But this report provides some reasonable opinions.

You've been stuck on cures/prevention/treatment from "The Experts from FOX' again. Perhaps you might also try Alex Mitchells (InfoWars) Silver Toothpaste which with regular use will prevent you catching the dreaded Virus. Also try gaggling salty water.. One of the greatest worries is that Trump (and apparently you) believe all this c**p.

I agree with icy* , is in plain sight to me - is a matter of reducing the density of virus numbers to give one's body enough time to create immunity before an infection becomes inhibiting.

You believe in UVC filters and NBC suits. Which would work, but are hardly practical. And have nothing to do with the fact that drinking water won't dislodge virii from the lungs.

Drinking water will not DISLODGE the virus from the lungs. It helps to prevent it from travelling INTO your lungs.
Geez. How hard is it?
