What frequency? weekly, monthly, quaterly? what sort of bill is it?

Oh it was just an example, like telstra - so quarterly........ I think I would.

 

I'm not a fan of outsourced customer support, think I would pay $20 to eBay on top of my monthly account. As long as it isn't a recording lol

I would gladly pay $5 to speak to an Aussie.  I have all sorts of trouble understanding

accents.  And being hard of hearing doesn't help at all.  I usually use my daughter as

a universal translator just to get a Subway roll for lunch, lol

I wouldn't pay it. I'd rather see more competition, so companies feel more compelled to provide basic help services.

Fair point, telstra have been sending me voice/computer generated phone calls, I get half way through responding and wonder if it is actually telstra.

i hang up on the recorded calls from telstra. they ring back later and try again and get the same response.
