I read all those political threads with great interest.
I did not vote for Abbot, nor did I vote for Shorten. I had a very hard time to find someone to vote for. Someone who has the interest of the people of this country and the prosperity of this country at heart, without selling out to overseas investors and big time tax-dodging companies. No, it's not overblown Palmer either.
But now - tell me who would be the most suitable person to be leader of our beautiful country. Who would ruthlessly go after all the dodgy businesses and tax dodgers of multy millions. Who will have the guts to tell those moguls, pay up or get out.
Australian Governments have sold out much to much either to foreigners or by privatation of services like Australia Post, Telecom and State Electricity. All money that goes overseas without having to pay taxes.
A quick few millions to spend at that time to make a good name for whatever PM we had then. Baby bonus, Maternity pay, etc. etc. and now Joe Hockey tries to play the tough guy who knows how to budget? LOL, if I would earn more than a thousand dollars a day, I too would be able to open up my big mouth to tell people to tighten their belt.
Now, please, before continuing with attacking each side, tell me who would the most trusted and most capable leader for our country be?
Unless you have a definite answer, please stop fighting.
One is as bad as the other and until a honest and courageous man or woman stands up against those morons, nothing will change.
