amazes me everytime i go shopping.....check the amount of shoppers especially leading up to Xmas festivities etc.....how much soft drink people load up into their trolleys!! *wow is an understatement......cartons and cartons of the stuff.
.....check out the amount of space that supermarkets provide for stock of soft drink-they only stock what sells.....it's just sugar and carbonated water with flavourings and preservatives.
Absolutely no nutritional value, makes you fat and gives you tooth decay and diabetes.
Soft drink is a killer imo. Evil stuff. Should be BANNED.

Yeah, good memory. If you're ever having an MRI of your neck...whatever you do, don't chew gum before it.
I spit of the gum (suger free 🙂 ) and I lay down. He tells me not to swallow or it'll ruin the scan. No problem right? No! The saliva starts filling up in my mouth and I'm now breathing through my nose. What next? My nose passage starts closing up and I'm having trouble getting enough air.
I start to understand why some might freak out trapped in that thing. At that point I'm trying real hard not to laugh at the whole stupid problem, all from the chewing gum. Then I'm picturing me going berzerk choking on the saliva...trying sit up and bust out of there like the hulk. He had no idea, lol.
The doctor cancelled the 1st appoint to review the scan, and I missed the 2nd one. Maybe next week, thanks for asking. 🙂

Some say it causes cancer.. All I know is that it cleans your teeth, absorbs toxins from your body and prevents nausea. I had a friend who tried to OD and they gave her charcoal tablets at the hospital. You can also buy them at the chemist, tastes like you're chewing on a piece of chalk
