there is a fire going not too far from me Im glad for the rain but its going to be horrible when the rain stops

yes the wind is a concern, we now have some heavy rain I just hope its dumping on the fires.

We had dozens of birds sheltering in the shade of the shed this morning and I topped up a bird bath for the first time in years, the wind was from the north and so hot
