Every single of our governments has been pro Israel.   Therefor none of us is blaming Abbott for the whole mess, but he is not doing anything to make things better. 

Maybe you cannot understand how complex situation gets when country colonised by Britain is handed over to Zionist, who then proceed to liquidate the Palestinian population and confiscating their land, but most people I think do get it that such situation will not improve unless Palestinians get their own state.  And in meanwhile ISIS uses Palestinian situation for their propaganda.

Super in me saying fix Palestine in my post in no way means i am pro Palestine or pro Israel for that matter as I do indeed understand the complexities up to a point but as an onlooker only not as a participant which is why I think those not directly connected can't completely understand it all.  Yes ISIS probably does use the Palestinian situation for their propoganda but they will use anything to excuse their murderous atrocities.

Have to agree with above post. It doesn't help the Muslim/Aussie conflict here at home that Mr Abbott has chosen to abstain from af UN vote against continued Israeli settlement activity, or that he calls it "disputed territory" as against "occupied territory".
