messages....little envelope up ^^^^^

So I have an envelope up there letting me know I have a message, but when I go to messages there aren't any new ones and the envelope remains no matter what I do.

My phone has that ringtone that says there is a 101 message but when I call 101 it says  "you have no messages" stoopid things!
