Massive difference in Sydney petrol prices as some retailers accused of gouging

i only noticed last night my last few times at woolies i had no savings

usually on the reciept it tells you how much the discounts saved you.

i guess there are no discounts now

Today I got 98 octane for 1.25c, cheapest I remember for a long time.

Near home 98 is now down to 112.9 at BP.

Still 139.9 here so still price gouging and profiteering.

Down to $1.24 here. Which is a 20c drop over the last few weeks, but nothing like Sydney. The cost to transport fuel from Sydney is no more than 6c per litre.

must be if i can get it for 89.99c (oops made a mistake up there, not $89.99, lol) but it is 91 octane

surrounding stations vary - $1,00, $1.11

Try looking at petrolspy if you haven't, it's handy to see which servos near you is cheapest.

$97.9 I noticed yesterday at my local Petrol Station.

Still 139.9 at that station but the local Woolies one had dropped theirs to $122.9 so a 17 cents difference from

 

two stations that are about 200 metres appart.Corny_cleaning-glasses.gif
