That's in case you go over the length of the reply page as it wont drop dowm,you can also keep adding to it by clicking

 on it and if you hit shift enter it will bring up another bar from where your cursor was,

Lithium is running the boards for eBay so it must be something they've "tinkered" with and they think it's

something we need,but they just haven't bother telling us what it's for,
