Every body pays...............I remember oh, so many years ago, a bunch of early teens were loafing on the lawn, talking about this very subject.  One girl, a good Catholic, stated emphatically that she, "Wouldn't do it for a million dollars"...........

I pointed out to her that she will be doing it for a whole lot less in a few years, in fact it would only take a $50 wedding band.

No, not if both participants are in a position (I use that word advisedly) of equal power. Sadly, I suspect that is not often the case.
