OK, like others here, I thought you were being serious..
What is your point?
You mention infidelity - the op is 'Life is Short, have an Affair' and then try to suggest you were talking about a secret ice cream or mars bar...
If thats how you communicate..its pretty sad..but hey bob- good luck with that.

Go.
No. That's the problem today...no morals, no loyalty, a complete breakdown of the family unit.
What!!!, We're more moral now than we have ever been. If the partner doesn't know, what harm does it cause? The definition of moralty is base of harm. Loyalty is based on both party giving it as much as they can. What if one neglects the other. Do you think couples should stay together if they're unhappy just to keep the family unit intact????
Sometimes, yes. But maybe if it weren't so easy to divorce people would think twice before tying the knot. And maybe people need to learn more about the other before hand. I see too many people making decisions based on their own selfish wants.....looks, money, good in the sack, etc. I have little sympathy for them.
So...all that dating advice you've been asking was just a ruse....looking to cheat eh Bob?

I would argue there's not one path in life. I doubt anyone knows. Those that claim to know are deluding themselves.

Yes, he gets to ask the Q and others get to think, react, and share their answer/s..
Interesting position he seems to need to put himself in, over and over..

I do agree with 'we're more judgemental now than we have ever been' but thats a whole other story..
Ask yourself why we now think slavery is wrong, giving women equal right, treating blacks like humans, allowing gays to get married, and allowing inter-racial marriages, treating animals humanely, even treating prisoners humanely etc etc.
Ask yourself what it was like in the past.

I dont really have to ask myself these Qs.
and something for you to think about is the difference between 'moral behaviour' and 'ethical behaviour'..
One could assert that morals are how you treat someone you know, ethics are how you treat someone you dont know.
