Hell no, again (to her getting an award)
And they should change the name of the stadium as well.

Once
Twice
Three times a hell no

Hell no. She's already an AO. What has she done that would warrant an AC?
Nothing. And she's a homophobic bigot. Which is probably why (under government direction) she has been nominated. And probably accepted.
I will never get even an OAM, but I would have thought that the highest Australian honour should be reserved for exemplary individuals. Which she isn't.
Maybe we have started going down the knighthood path. Pay enough, or support the ruling clique's views and you would get one. We don't have knighthoods any more, despite Abbott's shortlived experiment, so that leaves ACs

What about Craig Foster? He is a NSW nominee. I say most definitely yes.

She won 24 Grand Slam women's singles titles in her career, 19 Grand Slam doubles titles, and 21 Grand Slam mixed doubles titles. She won more Grand Slam titles than any other player in history, so yes, she deserves an Australia Day honour on that basis.
Her opinions are secondary to the award.

She did all that many decades ago. And she's been given an AO already. What has she done recently to warrant an upgrade?
