I'm OK. 
Sometimes I think we all feel that people can be ungrateful - they never say thank you for putting up with their shenanigans. 
Somebody fell off one on the bridges, last night, onto the rose bush. I don't know if it's going to recover from that. Of all the places to leap into the garden... Possums, what can I say? My old mate, Red, the big male came round in the evening, for a social call, but I don't think it was me that he was here to see.
I don't know if it made much above 20, today, and it's rained on and off. The cockatoos have been very kind to me - rather than have me walk in the garden, in the rain, they've opted for being fed in the dry, under the pergola. They're so thoughtful.
This 'cool snap' isn't doing me any favours. I cut a nerve in my hand while I was wood carving, some years back and the hand's never been the same, since. I reckon I could complain about it for an hour, straight, and still not have complained enough. It's annoying. I'm slowly losing use of the ring and little fingers, and it likes to hurt. It's quite literally a pain. The joys of it all. At least it didn't happen when I was younger, or I'd have had to put up with it for longer.
There are people on the internet that I count myself truly fortunate to know.
