This is a thread with no particular
Topic so no one can be off topic 🙂
So if anyone out there has something
To say about anything you like now
Is your chance
Keep it clean
And be nice
See how long that lasts
Can we keep politics and religion out
Of the conversation

And to finish the outfit.

Stawks, you can never have too many shoes.
I've got a cupboard full, souvenirs stuff that was left behind by my vict... err.. casual acquaintances who I never saw again, but I kindly kept their shoes for them, just in case... Heh heh heh... Ha ha.

It looks like you're having trouble building up your fitbit steps so that you can keep up with everyone else...

The big boy possum is sitting at the bottom of the ramp that leads up to the pergola...
Zoo comes walking down the ramp... "I'm going to say Hello to this possum...".
He, very obligingly, stays where he is and leans towards her...
She keeps walking towards him, stretching forward so they can sniff noses...
She got within an inch or so of him and changed her mind... ha ha.
So she ran back up the ramp...
He followed her back up the ramp...
And met Takeaway... Ha ha.
There was much grunting and growling and he made a spectacular exit without the use of the bridge... ha ha.
Well, he did use one of the side bridges - he had to hang upside down and awkwardly scrabble on something while he made his escape, ha ha.

Imagine an Adirondack chair turned into a three and half seat long bench, couch, seat...
There was nothing in the paperwork that said it couldn't be done...
So I made the two arm, end, pieces and filled the gap in the middle as I went... ha ha.
It does the job of being a sturdy, flat surface for lots of junk to sit on, and there's still room for me to sit down, too, ha ha.
Stretching across the length of it, and resting on the two arm rests is a garden stake which is held on at the moment by a couple of screw clamps.
This is all well and good, except that when the birds "gently" alight onto the stake, the vibration very slowly loosens the clamps...
So every so often I have to play "Where has the clamp disappeared to, under the bench, this time...?", ha ha.
Like so many things that I "intend" to get around to, one day, I'll permanently fix the stake to the bench.
But who, here, would mind that?, ha ha.
It's not quite as fancy and curvy as this one in the picture, but the similarity's there.
I wanted an outdoor seat, a bench, to fill a space and being far too lazy, some would say penny pinching, ha ha, to go looking on the internet to buy one, I figured I'd make my own.
After all, how hard can it be? Ha ha.
Looking back, sometimes I think I need a person to stand beside me and say "That's a really great idea, and you do know that it won't be finished in the space of an afternoon, don't you...", ha ha.
Once it was built I thought it would probably have looked just as good, indoors, but I don't know how the carpet would have coped with all the sawdust, ha ha.
Which doesn't mean I didn't build a couch, for indoors, but that's an another story, ha ha.
